Dubuque Deaths.
Tennis A. Kolsrud, 65, of 735 O'Neill St. died at 3:20 p.m. Wednesday at Xavier Hospital.
Services will be held Saturday afternoon at the West Paint Creek Synod Church at Waukon, Iowa, with burial in the church cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Friday at the Martin Funeral Home in Waukon.
Mr. Kolsrud was born in Waterville, Iowa, and had resided in Dubuque for the past 25 years. He had been employed as a machine operator in the canning department of the Dubuque Packing Company for 24 years prior to his retirement. He was a member of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church here, and a member of Meat Packers Local 150.
Surviving are his wife, the former Esther Gjefle; a daughter, Mrs. Lloyd (Joyce) Snitker of Frankville, Iowa; a son, James of Dubuque; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild; a sister, Mrs. Theodore (Esther) Geving of Waukon, and two brothers, Gilman and Floyd Kolsrud, both of Waterville.
The Didesch Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
