Waterloo- The Rev. E. O. Baalson, pastor of East Paint Creek Lutheran Church of Waterville, will conduct services at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in Parrott & Wood Chapel for Mrs. Ray D. (Pearl H.) Foltz, 60, of 1437 Forest Ave. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Foltz died of cancer on Friday at St. Francis Hospital.
