Waukon- Rudy Moen, 74, died Tuesday, May 23, 1995, in Veterans Memorial Hospital after a lengthy illness. Services: 3 p.m. Friday, Zion United Church of Christ, by the Rev. Richard Eick. Burial: Oakland Cemetery, with military rites. Friends may call after 3 p.m. Thursday at Martin Funeral Home.

Survivors include his wife, Viola; a son, Dale of Decatur, Mich.; three daughters, Dianne Long of Decorah, Marsha Bieber of Waukon and Janice Peterson of Seneca, Wis.; and a sister, Irma Williams of Waukon.
