Waukon- Funeral services for Lewis Jenkins, 68, who died Wednesday night following a lingering illness, will be held Saturday afternoon, according to arrangements completed Friday.

Mr. Jenkins had been in poor health for several years since he was kicked in the head by a horse at his home.

A son of Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Jenkins, early residents of Jefferson township, Allamakee County, his entire life was spent in this vicinity.

Survivors include a brother and sister, both living near Laramie, Wyo.
