JOHN F. SADLER
HARPERS FERRY, Iowa, (Special)--Funeral services for John F. Sadler, 68, of Harpers Ferry, were held Tuesday at St. Ann's Catholic Church, the Rev. W. Leonard officiating, with burial in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Mr. Sadler died Sunday at a La Crosse hospital.

He was born Oct. 1, 1889, in Harpers Ferry, and lived most of his younger life here.

Following his return from World War I, he worked in Dubuque, Detroit and Chicago. He returned to his farm near Harpers Ferry 21 years ago, where he retired in 1950.

He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Irwin McGeough, with whom he lived, and Miss Mary Sadler, Harpers Ferry; and three brothers, Leonard, Michael and Joseph, all of Harpers Ferry.
