FATAL ACCIDENT.-- News reaches here of a fatal accident which occurred on Monday, about half way between the Iowa river and Bear creek bridges. Two men named John Lyons and John Hynes had purchased some farm machinery in Waukon and started home about dark. At the point on the road above indicated the wagon tipped over, throwing the occupants down the steep embankment. Lyons was instantly killed, and his companion found next morning pinned under the machinery. It is thought his injuries may prove fatal. The horses were drowned in the creek.
