Waukon- Funeral services for Fred C. Palmer, 64, who died Sunday, were held Tuesday afternoon at Martin's Funeral home, conducted by the Rev. A. H. Grossheime. Burial was in Oakland cemetery.

Palmer was born on May 1, 1886, near Elkader, Ia., his parents were Mr. and Mrs. Aaron Palmer. Following the death of his parents, Palmer came to Waukon.

He is survived by four sisters, Mrs. I. E. Woodmansee, San Pablo, Calif.; Mrs. Alden B. Mosier and Mrs. H. C. Heiser of Waukon; Mrs. O. D. Mitchell, Rossville, and three brothers, E. L. Palmer, Charles A. and Merton R., all of Waukon.
