Waukon, Ia., Feb 10 - Word was received here this week of the death of Mrs. Patrick H. McGruder, member of a well known family of Waukon for many years, who died suddenly at her home in Waseca, Minn., where the family resided for several years past. Burial was made from the Sacred Heart church in Waseca Tuesday morning.

Mrs. McGruder's maiden name was Miss Hannah Gurnette. She was born at Hartford, Wis., Sept. 28, 1874, and resided in Lawler until after her marriage to Patrick H. McGruder on Aug. 22, 1898. They resided in Waukon, Clayton and then moved to Waseca. Besides her husband she is survived by two daughters and two sons.
