Waukon, Ia., Jan. 14 - Patrick Frey, aged 62, and a resident of this city, died at the Grandview hospital Sunday where he had been taken to submit to an operation.

The body was taken to Highland, Wis., where his boyhood days were spent and where he resided for a number of years. He was buried there.

He is survived by his widow, who was Mrs. Katherine Golf Tobin of this city, and by the following children: John and Mrs. Roy Carpenter, Waukon; Mrs. David Russell, Davenport; Joseph, Highland, Wis.

Deceased resided in Chicago for 13 years before coming to Waukon to reside.
