Waukon- Ray Arnold Davis, 40, route two, Lansing, was killed about 8:30 a.m. Monday when his car was in a sideswipe mishap with another car 4 miles south of Waukon on highway 13.

Driver of the other car was David Cowell, 65, Monona. Cowell has been charged with failure to yield half of the roadway. Cowell is in fair condition at the Waukon hospital.

Davis' body is at the Martin funeral home in Waukon.
