Dale E. Goltz, 85, of 503 First St. N.E., died Friday, Nov. 12, 2004, in Veterans Memorial Hospital after a sudden illness. Services: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, St. Patrick's Catholic Church, by Father Joseph Schneider. Burial: Mount Olivet Catholic Cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. Monday at the church hall, with a Scripture service at 4 p.m. Arrangements are with Hanson Funeral Home, Waukon.

Survivors include his wife, Mary; three daughters, Maureen Berryman of San Antonio, Texas, Toni Kolsrud of Waterville and Laurie Goltz of Waukon; and four sons, Michael of Mount Horeb, Wis., Frank and Tom, both of Waukon, and Clark of Ossian.
