Lansing, Ia. - Funeral services for Elmer E. Mohn were held Thursday at 2 p.m., conducted by the Rev. H.J. Noeding of the Federated church, after which burial was made in the Lansing cemetery.

Mr. Mohn was killed by a north-bound freight train Tuesday evening.

Mr. Mohn was born November 3, 1885, at Mishawaka, Ind. Most of his life was spent in this locality where he was engaged in fishing and trapping.

Surviving are five sisters, Mesdames Nicholas Hess of Lost Springs, Wyo., Frank Davis, Cleveland, Ohio, Bert Tyler, Cassopolis, Mich., Charles Heiney and Ben Scheibellut, Mishawaka, Ind.; two brothers, Jesse of Lansing and George of Elkader.

The casketbearers were John Decker, George Aschom, Arne Helle and Richard Dunlevy.
