Waukon, Ia. - Funeral services for Mrs. John Huffman, 60, were held at Winona, Minn., Friday morning. Burial was in Winona. Mrs. Huffman died suddenly Tuesday at her home.

She was born in French Creek Township, Allamakee County, Ia., as Katie Welch, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Welch. Following her marriage to John Huffman they made their home at Freeport, Ill., for a number of years, later moving to Winona.

Besides her husband she is survived by a son, John, at home; a daughter, Mrs. Sidney Wilson, of St. Paul, Minn.; a sister, Mrs. Jerome Hudsenbeiler, La Crosse, Wis., brothers, William, La Crosse, Joseph and Patrick, of French Creek Township, Lawrence and John, on the homestead in Makee Township, Emet, of Freeport, Ill., and James of Cheyenne, Wyoming.
