Shirley Rathbun

Shirley M. Rathbun, 63, of Harpers Ferry died Friday, November 22, 2013 at her home in rural Harpers Ferry. Shirley was cremated, and the family held private family services at her home. Martin Funeral Home in Waukon assisted the family with arrangements.

Shirley Mae Rathbun was born August 30, 1950 in Beloit, WI, the daughter of Kenneth M. and Genevive M. (Madru) Peckham. She graduated from Beloit High School. Shirley was a homemaker. October 29, 1988, she married Ralph Rathbun at Waterville Lutheran Church in Waterville.

Survivors include her husband, Ralph Rathbun of Harpers Ferry; her children, Judd Frazier of Boscobel, WI, Bob (Connie) Frazier of Boscobel, WI, Theresa Pedretti of Prairie du Chien, WI and Tera McCabe of Luana; five grandchildren; a sister, Geraldine DeWitt; and two brothers, Jack Peckham and Gerald Peckham. She was preceded in death by her parents and several brothers and sisters.
