Elgin Echo, Thursday, 24 December 1908.

Capt. Frank H. Robbins died at his home in Waukon Monday of last week from heart disease. He was for several terms postmaster at Waukon and was appointed state oil inspector in May, 1907, which position he resigned about three weeks ago. He was 60 years old.
