Waukon, Ia. - Funeral services were held Saturday at St. Pius Catholic Church for Mrs. Andrew Grimsgaard, 75, lifelong resident of Allamakee County, with the Rev. Albert Nees, pastor, celebrating the requiem mass. Burial was in the family lot in the nearby cemetery*. Mrs. Grimsgaard died Thursday at her home at Waterville following a several months' illness.

As Nellie McCormick, she was born on a farm near Waterville, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Philip McCormick. Following her marriage to Mr. Grimsgaard, the home was made in Waterville, where her husband was in business. Mr. Grimsgaard died seven years ago.

Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Mary Belton of Dubuque and another sister in Chicago.
