Waukon, Ia. - Funeral services for Miss Clara Narum, 64, were held Tuesday after noon at the East Paint Creek Church with the Rev. J.B. Unseth, pastor, officiating. Burial was in the nearby cemetery. The pallbearers were: C.H. Megorden, Otto Sander, Theodore Smeby, Sven Hesla, James Bryson, and Lou Hermanson.
Miss Narum died suddenly Saturday night at the home of her sister, Mrs. John L. Opfer in Minneapolis, following a stroke. She was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sven Narum and was born Sept. 16, 1878 in Allamakee county. Since the death of her parents, she made her home with her sisters, Mrs. Opfer and Mrs. C.H. Megorden of Waukon. Also surviving are three brothers.
