Dubuque - Funeral services for Albert Linton, who was found dead in his home at Harpers Ferry last Monday, were held at the Strueber Funeral Home Friday afternoon, where services were conducted by members of the Metropolitan Lodge, No. 49, A.F. and A.M. Officiating were the Rev. A.A. Rideout, chaplain, Carlton Jones, worthy master; Al Buehler, senior warden; J.W. Millin, junior warden; Charles Fluhr, senior deacon; George Marquart, junior deacon and Celestine Biasi, Great Lights.

The Rev. Mr. Ridesout officiated at the graveside services in Lindwood Cemetery. Pallbearers were Paul Berr, Lawrence Kemling, John Haber, Joseph Gehrig, G. Marquart and George Rudersdorf, all members of Metropolitan Lodge.

Members of the local post of the American Legion participating at the graveside services were Leo Gregory, commander; Wendall Culp, chaplain; John J. Williams and Peter F. Koenig, color bearers, and Roger Kutch and Raymond Monteith, color guards.

Survivors are his mother, Mrs. Margaret Linton, Ft. QuAppelle, Sask, Canada; five sons, Walter Linton, Aneroid, Sask, Canada; Norman Linton, British Columbia; William J. Lonton and George W. Linton, Paradise, Calif., and Alexander Linton, Regina, Sask. Canada; and three sisters, Mrs. Josephine Finley, Toronto, Canada; Mrs. R.M. Monks, Rochester, N.Y. and Mrs. Mary Klein, Los Angeles, Calif.
