Funeral services will be held Friday, Jan. 20, at 1:30 p.m., from Old East Paint Creek Church for Mrs. Martha G. Kolsrud, 81, of Waukon. The Rev. E. O. Baalson will officiate at the service and burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Kolsrud, who was in ill health for several years, died Monday, Jan. 16, in Waukon Veterans Memorial Hospital. She was born in Taylor township April 2, 1885, and her parents were Andrew and Maren Hunstad Hanson.

She lived in Allamakee county all her life, was educated in the local schools, and March 8, 1911, married Sever Kolsrud in Old East Paint Creek church. He preceded her in death.

Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Hjalmer (Myrtle) Olson of Waukon, two brothers, John R. Hanson of Waukon and Carl Odegard of Monticello, Minn., and two sisters, Mrs. Alex Drogset and Mrs. Wayne Todd, both of Waukon.

Edwin Sandvold, William Monserud, Ben Kolsrud, Melvin Olson, Herbert Larson and Robert Wurtzel will be casket bearers. Martin Brothers is in charge of arrangements.
