Mrs. Milton Henry Dies on Tuesday

Mrs. Milton Henry of Waukon passed away on Tuesday at Iowa City hospital where she received care for several weeks.

As Pearl Waters, daughter of Mr. And Mrs. George Waters, she was born in Union City township July 15, 1906, and was in her 46th years. July 30, 1929, she married Milton Henry who survives with their eight children.

They are Charles, Betty, Dale, Lois, Harold, Shirley, Connie and Robert, all at home. There are three brothers, George Waters, Waukon, Edward and Leo of Union City township and five sisters, Mrs. John Miles and Mrs. Theodore Henry, Waukon, Mrs. Henry Evenmoe, Dorchester, Mrs. Theodore Haar, Lansing and Mrs. J. V. Schulte, Harpers Ferry.

The body was brought to Waukon and rests at the Bakke-Hanson funeral home until Friday morning at 9:30 when services are held at St. Patrick’s church. Burial will take place in Mount Olivet cemetery.
