Debbie Swanson

Debbi Lynn Swanson, daughter of Robert and Daisy Swanson, was born February 24, 1958, at Postville. She passed away at her home in Monona, Wednesday, January 24, 1962

Debbi was baptized April 12, 1959 at the Methodist Church in Monona. On October 9, 1960, when the family was living in Postville, Debbi was enrolled in the Community Presbyterian Church Sunday School.

Surviving are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Swanson of Monona; a brother Joel, 17 months old; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Paul Swanson of Nevada, Iowa and maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Patterson of St. Mary.

Funeral services were held at the Community Presbyterian Church in Postville, Friday at 9 a.m. and at the Cooper Funeral Home in Maxwell, Iowa at 3 p.m.. The Rev. Walter T. Martin was in charge of the services, with the Rev. Stanley Farmer, assisting at Maxwell.

Burial was in the Maxwell cemetery.
