Neil Standorf Rites Are Held

Neil Standorf, son of Frank and Delia Standorf, was born February 19, 1896, in Postville. He died at the University Hospital at Iowa City, on September 27, 1958, having been a patient there for six weeks.

Mr. Standorf spent his entire life in Postville, with the exception of the years 1932-1951 when he lived at Barnum, Wisconsin.

He is survived by one brother, Clayton, of Postville.

Funeral services were held at the Schutte Funeral Home Monday, September 29, at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Walter T. Martin, pastor of the Community Presbyterian Church, in charge of the rites. Burial was in the Postville cemetery.
