Mrs. Curtis H. (Irene) Gustad, 61, of 1427 S. Fourth St., died Monday, Feb. 4, in a La Crosse hospital.

She was born in New Albin, Iowa on Feb. 27, 1918, to Alan and Alvina (Hurley) Crowley.

Survivors are her husband; one daughter, Mrs. Michael (Patricia) Kreiter of Milwaukee; one stepson, Gary A. of Manistee, Mich.; seven grandchildren; her mother of New Albin, Iowa; one sister, Mrs. Galen (Genieva) Allwood of Colorado Springs, Colo.; and one brother, John of New Albin. Iowa.

She was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother.

Services will be Thursday at 1 p.m. in the Schumacher Funeral Home with the Rev. Stefan Guttormsson officiating. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery. There will be no visitation.
