George Fritz, a German, who lived in the old school house near the Lutheran church, died very suddenly last Friday. It seems that his wife had gone for a walk toward the cemetery leaving him alone in the house. She was absent about two hours and on returning was unable to open the door on account of some obstruction. The door being forced he was found lying against it dead, having apparently arisen from the chair in which he was sitting and fell forward. The coroner was immediately called and gave a verdict of heart disease. The young man was only 20 years of age.
