Mrs. Daisy Gardner-Hennings was born in Crawford county, Wis., Dec. 15, 1883. She was the second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Gardner, and one of five children.

The deceased was married to Mr. Fred Hennings July 4, 1901. There were no children born of this union. After an illness of several months Mrs. Hennings departed this life March 4, 1903. She was at one time a member of Sunday school and Christian Endeavor of the Congregational church of Postville. She leaves a husband, mother and father, four sisters and a large number of friends and acquaintances to mourn her departure.
