Our people were pained to learn the first of the week that Miss Grace Corcoran had died at her home at 418 Warren Avenue, Chicago, on Saturday morning last, March 21st, after a few days sickness, the immediate cause of death being peritonitis. The funeral was held in that city Tuesday morning from St. Malachy's church, after which she was laid to rest in the beautiful Mt. Carmel cemetery. Miss Grace was known and admired by a host of friends in and around Postville, she having lived in this city and immediate vicinity all of her life until about one year ago when she went to Chicago. The sympathy of all our people is with the bereaved family and friends.
