Well Known Lansing Folk Buried Here

A Requiem High Mass was offered for the repose of the soul of Rosemary Wagner of Lansing at I.C. Church at ten o'clock Monday morning by assistant pastor Father Thomas Schwinn. She passed away Friday, April 10th at the Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon following a ten day illness.

The eldest daughter of the late Henry N. Wagner and Mary Donahue Wagner was born in Lafayette township May 13, 1922. Her father preceded her in death August 21, 1958 and survivors besides her mother include two brothers, Mark and Francis, both of Lafayette and one sister, Marcella, Mrs. Leroy McCabe of Waukon. Burial was made in the family lot in the Wexford Cemetery with Nick and Kenneth Wagner, Arthur Fisch, John Hammell, James and Cyril Manning service as casket barriers. Father Robert Rahe said the final prayers at the graveside.
Among out of town relatives and friends attending the funeral services were Mr. and Mrs. Bob Miller, Mrs. A. LaSala, Mrs. P. Dobel, Rockford, Ill; Mr. and Mrs. Tom Manning, Mrs. Leo Tully, Arthur Fisch, Mr and Mrs.Henry Manning, James Manning, Mr. and Mrs.Jerome Frimes, Mr. and Mrs. LaVern Hintgen, Dubuque; Mr. and Mrs. William Manning, Mr. and Mrs. Cletus Sweeney, Waterloo; Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Huffman, New Hampton; Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Small, Miss E. Small, Bloomington, Wis; Mr. and Mrs. Cletus Wagner, Schererville, Ind; Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Wagner, New Albin.
