Former Clarion Man Is Buried In Waukon.

Clarion, Dec. 28 --

Merle C. Baxter, 26, died Christmas day at his home at Waukon. Mr. Baxter was employed with the G(???)ner - Barlow Clothing Co. here until ill health forced him to give up the work three years ago.

He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. James Baxter of Waukon. He is also survived by a sister, Mary Baxter, and two brothers, Harold and James Baxter. Funeral services were held today at Waukon.
