The little baby son of Henry Leithold, of this city, met with a strange mishap recently, resulting in the little one's death. Mrs. Leithold had left the child for a moment to wait upon another one in an adjoining room. During her absence the child gained a window and in some manner loosened a catch that held the raised sash. This fell upon the child's neck. Upon Mrs. Leithold's return she was horrified to find her baby dead.
