Mrs. Sheldon Hall, 43, a lifelong resident of this community passed away Tuesday morning at three o'clock in Postville hospital where she had been a patient since February 27. Mrs. Hall had been in failing health for the past 3 years.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock at the home and at 2:00 in the Community church, the Rev. Eldon Seamans and the Rev. F. R. Ludwig officiating. Interment will be in Grand Meadow cemetery.

She was born as Myrtle R. Davis, daughter of John O. and Florence Simpson Davis in Post township on December 6, 1903. She attended South Grove school and later graduated from Postville high school.

On November 2, 1929 she was married to Sheldon Hall and this city has been their home since.

Mrs. Hall is survived by her husband, her mother, one sister, Hazel, Mrs. Lawrence Hill, of Los Angeles, Calif., one brother, Harry Davis, who lives on the old home farm east of Postville, three nephews and three nieces. Her father and a brother, Ralph C. preceded her in death some years ago.
