Edward "Eddie" Garles of Homestead, Florida died Friday, May 8, 1987 in Miami, Florida. Funeral services were held Sunday, May 10 at St. Andrew's Lutheran Church in Homestead where he was a member. Burial was Tuesday, May 12 in the National Cemetery in Pensacola, Florida. He was born May 14, 1934.
He is survived by his wife, the former Karen Hendrickson of Waukon, Iowa, a daughter Valerie, two step-daughters Kim and Vicki, a son Scott and a grandson.
