Oladean "Sally" Jarrett

Oladean L. “Sally” Jarrett, age 97, of Prairie du Chien, WI passed away Saturday, February 12, 2011 at the Prairie Maison Care Center in Prairie du Chien, WI. According to Sally’s wishes, there will be no formal funeral service at this time. A Memorial Service will be planned later at the Garrity Funeral Home with inurnment in the Evergreen Cemetery, both in Prairie du Chien, WI.
She was born July 16, 1913, the daughter of Frank and Lethea (Remmpage) Nagel. She married Louis Schwartz and he preceded her in death. She later married Thomas Jarrett and he later preceded her in death. Sally worked as a nurse and personal housekeeper and enjoyed gardening. She was active in the Wauzeka Evangelical Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Emogene Snyder of Aurora, MO and Maxine (Paul) Horsfall of Lansing; a son, Joseph Schwartz of Medford, WI; a brother, Lester Nagel of Prairie du Chien, WI; four sisters, Dorothy (Don) Kasparek, Gladys Ertel and Helen Borth, all of Prairie du Chien, WI, and Doris (Robert) Oswald of Verona, WI; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands; three brothers, Otto, Jim and Chalmer; and one grandson.
