Vincent Spinner, age 81, of Lansing, Iowa, died Saturday, August 2, 1986. Services were held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, August 5 at Immaculate Conception Church, Lansing, Iowa with Father Tegeler officiating. Pallbearers were Norbert Spinner, Paul Spinner, Dennis O'Malley, Bud Smith, Bob Brandt, and Darrell Peters. Burial was in Gethsemane Cemetery in Lansing, Iowa with Burke-Thornburg Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Vincent was born in rural Lansing September 15, 1904 to William and Hulda (Johnson) Spinner. He married Esther Mae Smith on June 3, 1941. He owned and operated Spinner Market in Lansing for 38 years, retiring in 1971.

He was preceded in death by one brother, one sister, and a daughter.

Surviving are his wife, Esther; 2 sons, Tom Spinner and Mike Spinner, both of Lansing, Iowa and two grandchildren.
