Lansing, Iowa resident Grant Gordon, age 81, died Sunday, October 27, 1985 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon, Iowa. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Tuesday afternoon October 29 at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Lansing. The Rev. Terry Johnson will conduct the services, followed by burial in the Oak Hill Cemetery. Burke-Thornburg Funeral Home, Lansing, is in charge of arrangements.

Grant Gordon was a janitor and night man at the Lansing Company for 30 years. He was born August 22, 1904 in Lansing, Iowa, the son of George and Belle (Tomte) Gordon. He was a World War II veteran. He is survived by a sister.
