Dorothy Ann (Dee) Brightwell passed away at her home in Iowa Falls, IA, May 2, 1988.
She was born October 15, 1927 to Leonard and Gladys (Wendel) Dee at Lansing. She was in the nursing profession for forty years. In addition to her husband Ralph, she is survived by a son Douglas Eric of Iowa City, IA, her mother Gladys Dee, New Albin, a sister, Arlene Reinke, Albia, IA and a brother, Donald Dee of Lansing, as well as many relatives and friends.
Services were held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 4th at the First United Methodist Church in Iowa Falls. The Rev. Ellis J. Webb officiated. Dr. Herbert Gude was eulogist, Mrs. Don Ruigh, organist and Alice Reed, soloist. Burial was in the Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA.
