LOWELL, FRANK VOLNEY

Interment for Frank Lowell was September 4, 1971 at the Sierra Hills Cemetery in Sacramento, California. Mr. Lowell died Wednesday, September 1, 1971 in San Francisco, California.

Frank Volney Lowell was born March 5, 1903 at Walla Walla, Washington. Employed as a grader by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Mr. Lowell was assigned to Hygrade, coming to Postville in May 1957. Following his retirement he left Postville April 29, 1971 to make his home in California.

He was the father to Dr. Ronald J. Lowell, Daly City, California; J.Dean Lowell, Sayreville, New Jersey, Dorothy (Mrs. Lee Goode) Eugene, Oregon, Wilma (Mrs. Ray Hoefler) Salem, Oregon, and Kenneth E. Lowell, Waterloo, Iowa. Brothers and sisters are William J. Lowell, Sacramento, California, M.Kenneth Lowell, Lodi, California, and Thelma Lowell of Bethel Island, California.
