Funeral services for Clarence Anderson, 72, were held Wednesday, March 9, at 1:30 p.m. from Martin Funeral Home in Waukon. The Rev. Paul Tobiason officiated and burial was in Oakland Cemetery. Mr. Anderson died Sunday, March 6, in Waukon Veteran;s Memorial Hospital.
He was born March 12, 1904 in Decorah to Reinhardt and Hannah Hilma Anderson. He was baptized at Decorah Lutheran Church and confirmed at Old West Paint Creek Lutheran Church. He was a farm laborer. He is survived by three half sisters, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Pallbearers were Earl Sanderson, Helmer Sanderson, Alton Herman, James Hanson, Donald Heim and Thermert Hanson.
