Anna Florence (Hammell) Collins, 82, of Stillwater, MN passed away Tuesday, May 25, 2010. Mass of Christian Burial was held Saturday, May 29 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Stillwater, MN.

Anna was born April 28, 1928 in rural New Albin, the daughter of George and Bess (Wall) Hammell.

She married Bob Collins May 3, 1950.

She is survived by her children, George (Cristy), Cecelia Castillon, Mike (JoAnn), Patricia, Colleen, Greg (Roxanne), Chuck, Mark (Anne), and Patrick (Brenda); a daughter-in-law, Patti (Jim) Steffen; 27 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; three brothers, George, Larry and Jim Hammell; four sisters, Alberta Troendle, Sister Georgia Hammell, Pauline Blaskowski and Esther Walleser; and many other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bob, in 1994; her son, Elmer; her grandsons, Alexander and James; and her brother, Earl.
