WILLARD LEPPERT DIES AT SEATTLE
Mrs. Lloyd Swenson received word last week of the death of her brother, Willard Arthur Leppert, 69, of Seattle, Wash., on Tuesday, Nov. 16, following a long illness. Funeral services were held on Saturday, Nov. 20, at Washington Memorial Park Cemetery with veterans conducting the service.
He was born April 22, 1907 on Mays Prairie to Andrew and Sarah Bulman Leppert. He was married on May 2, 1943 to Mary Kink, at Seattle, she having died in 1958. He later married Nellie Moore, who survives with one stepson and 5 step-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Lloyd Swenson, Waukon; two brothers, Ralph of Monona and Oscar of Edgeley, North Dakota.
He was a mechanic and electrician and served in the Rainbow division in the Pacific during World War II.
