The death of Mrs. Helen Rosteck, 87, of Waukon occured (sic) on Sunday, July 13, at her home here. Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, from St. Patrick's Catholic Church, with burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. The Rosary was recited at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday at Martin Bros. Funeral Home with a wake service at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
She was born in Allamakee County on March 29, 1888, to John and Mary Sullivan Burgess. She was married to Bruno Rosteck, who died several years ago. She is survived by one brother, Leo Burgess of Neilsville, Wisconsin.
