Services for Mrs. Mary F. Fannie" Evans, 75, of Sunnycrest Manor, formerly of 1193 Jackson St., will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Patrick's Catholic Church.
Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. today at Ed Siegert-Al Didesch Colonial Funeral Home, 390 N. Grandview Ave., where the parish wake service will be said at 4:30 p.m.
Mrs. Evans was former co-owner of the Hubba-Hubba for many years. She worked at Angie's Beauty Salon prior to her illness.
She was born on Dec. 18, 1916, in Waukon, Iowa, daughter of Thomas and Celia (Waters) Mahoney. She died after a long illness at 5:05 a.m. May 8, 1992 at Sunnycrest.
She married Joseph "Russ" Evans on April 20, 1934; he died on Oct. 12, 1980.
She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church.
Surviving are a son, Russell "Snooky" Evans, who lives with Bob and Mary Kehoe of Dubuque; two daughters, Mrs. Michael (Biddy) Martin, and Mrs. Robert (Mary) Kehoe, both of Dubuque; eight grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren; and three sisters, Mrs. Kay Hoppmann and Mrs. Leo (LaVern) Winter, both of Dubuque, and Mrs. Roy (Donna) Bauer of San Antonio, Texas.
