Wayne Arlo Forde, 80, of Tempe, a retired educator, died Dec. 9, 1999. He was born in Waukon, Iowa, and was a World War II Navy veteran. He was a Mason. Survivors include his wife, Grace Leigh; daughter, Vivian Leigh; and sister, Nadine Trudo. Services are private. Carr-Tenney Mortuary.
