Elizabeth "Betty" Baker, 72, of Phoenix, an employee with the Internal Revenue Service, died May 17, 1997. She was born in Postville, Iowa, and was an Army veteran. Survivors include her brother, John Hoffbauer.
Services: 11 a.m. Thursday, Bethel Lutheran Church, 7310 N. 27th Ave., Phoenix, with visitation 30 minutes before services. Greer-Wilson Funeral Home.
