The funeral of Mrs. Walter Gast, who died at her home at Rossville Sunday night from an incurable disease, was held Tuesday.

She was born in Lorenze* county, Iowa, April 11, 1889. On March 12, 1912, she was wedded to Walter Gast, who survives with their two children, Mrs. Creighton Palmer and Phyllis at home; her parents, residing at Primgar, Iowa, two brothers and two sisters.

Funeral services were held in the afternoon at Presbyterian church at Rossville, conducted by the Rev. R.L. Van Nice. Burial was in the Big Foot cemetery.

Undertaker Louis Schutte was called to the Rossville neighborhood Sunday evening by the death of Mrs. Walter Gast, aged 45 years.
