John Spring

John Spring died in his home, 11 North Sixth Street, at 1:45 o'clock Tuesday morning. He was 75 years old and had lived in Madison for the past 20 years. He was a retired dairyman. His wife died about 10 years ago.

He is survived by two sons and two daughters; Mrs. John Shields and Miss Elizabeth Spring, Edward and John Jr., all of this city; two sisters, Mrs. W. Brown, Madison, and Miss Sophie Spring, Los Angeles, Cal.

The body was taken to Schroeder Funeral Parlors. The services have not yet been arranged.

Funeral services for John Spring, who died yesterday at his home, 11 North Sixth Street will be held from the Schroeder Chapel Thursday afternoon at 1:30. Rev. Tolf will officiate and the pallbearers will be William Phalen, John Lynch, E.L. Vanderhoff, Clarence Black, Andrew Nelson, and Frank Draeger. Interment will be in Forest Park.

note: John Spring was married to Marianna (Mary) Kaeser who preceded him in death, 19 March 1908 in Madison, Wis.
