MRS. CYRUS (Nina Rush) KLUSS HARRINGTON

Funeral services for Mrs. Cyrus (Nina) Harrington were held in the Schutte Chapel, Postville, Iowa, (today) Wednesday, February 26, 1969, at 1:30 p.m., with the Reverend Dick Harberts officiating. Interment was in the Postville Cemetery.

Nina Rush, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Grant Rush, was born on March 21, 1895, at McGregor, Iowa. When a young child, they moved to Postville, where she lived until recently. She received her elementary and high school education in this community.

All of Nina's adult years were spent serving her family and friends in Postville. She was active and participated in the activities of the Community Presbyterian Church. She was a very kind, humble, and gracious person.

Nina Rush was married to Cyrus Harrington on September 15, 1917. To this union two children were born: Robert and Cathryn.

Mrs. Harrington went to her eternal rest on Monday, February 24, 1969, after an extended stay at the Good Samaritan Home in Waukon, Iowa. She reached the age of 73 years, 11 months and three days. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Cyrus Harrington in 1962; by Charles L. Kluss, son of her first marriage, in August of 1967; by her brothers and sisters: Theodore, Charles, Marjorie, Marie, Catherine, and two deceased in infancy.

Mrs. Harrington is survived by her two children: Robert Harrington at Langley Air Force Base, Virginia; and Mrs. Henry (Cathryn) Keeslar of Springfield, Illinois; also seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews, together with a multitude of friends.

It is suggested that any memorials given in memory of Mrs. Nina harrington be made to the Good Samaritan home, Waukon, Iowa.
