Carrol Rush Died Saturday at Age of Twenty-Six Years

Carrol Rush, son of Mr. and Mrs. Escin Rush, was born near Rossville, Iowa, December 4, 1896, and passed to the unseen shore, March 24, 1923, aged 26 years, 3 months and 20 days.

His life was spent in Allamakee County, and he grew up to manhood highly respected by all who knew him.

He was united in marriage with Miss Marie Huffman December 22, 1920. The dear wife has the heartfelt sympathy of all who knew them in this great bereavement.

He also leaves father and mother and four brothers and three sisters to mourn the seemingly untimely loss.

funeral services will be held at Rossville by Rev. Van Nice, today Wednesday, March 28th, and burial will be made in the Rossville cemetery.
