Waukon, Dec 1 - The body of Leonard Houlihan, a young man of Taylor township, this county, who was drowned in Lake Michigan recently, has been recovered, according to word received by his father yesterday. The father, J.J. Houlihan, left at once for Muskegon to take charge of the remains, which will be brought to Allamakee county for burial. The young man and two companions were drowned when the boat on which they were passengers was wrecked in a storm about three weeks ago.

~Notes: Leonard Houlihan is buried in Paint Rock cemetery, Taylor twp. 'Woodmansee' gives his dates as 1899-1918, the death year apparently being in error since this news article was in a 1919 newspaper.
