Junice G. Bolsinger

Junice G. Bolsinger, 80, of Lansing died Saturday, January 13, 2007 at her home in Lansing following a lengthy illness.

A Time of Remembering will be held 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 19 at Thornburg Hanson Funeral Home in Lansing with Pastor Laura Gentry officiating.

Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Lansing at a later date. Friends may call Friday from 4 p.m. until time of services at the Funeral Home.

Junice was born in Maddock, ND April 27, 1926 to Odin and Gessina (Toso) Ellefson.

She was married to Raymond Bolsinger.

She worked at the Waukon Division of Northern Engraving for many years, retiring in 1989. She loved gardening, playing cards, camping and Sunday dinners with her family and friends.

Junice was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond in 1976; her parents; a brother Arden Ellefson; a sister, Beverly Ellefson; a granddaughter, Kelley Deeney; and two great-grandchildren, Justin and Jessica Waters

She is survived by her four children, Charles Ellefson of Lansing, Richard Ellefson of Lansing, Sandy (Bob) McCoy of Waukon, and Raymond 'Butch' (Permella) Ellefson of Prairie du Chien, WI; four grandchildren, Amy (Josh) Bahnsen, Nicole, David and Daniel Ellefson; three great-grandchildren, Jeremy, Josh and Kayla Waters; three siblings, Orlean (Marilyn) Ellefson of Waukon, Loretta Hill of Waukon, and Jim Ellefson of Waukon.
