Marvin Pottratz

Marvin (Marv) Pottratz, 86, of Merriam, KS passed away Sunday, June 24, 2007 at home. Graveside services were held Friday, June 29 at Shawnee Mission Memory Gardens, Shawnee, KS.

Marvin was born March 19, 1921 in New Albin. He graduated from New Albin High School and had his own real estate business since the early 1960s.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Lorraine, in 1996. He is survived by his daughter, Jackie (Herb) Brizendine; his son, Ed Pottratz; and his sisters, Melita Roeder of Lansing and Marion Alexander of Cedar Rapids.
